Allow us up to 4 business days to pack your item(s) after payment has been approved.

We'll do our best to ensure you get your new threads as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary according to your delivery address, but all of our orders come with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your parcel.

 

RETURNS

 

At ANTTI we give you 14 days for change of mind exchanges or refunds, we understand that we don’t always get it right when shopping online.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED, WHAT NOW?

Once you have placed an order and payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email, yay! Allow us up to 5 business days to pack your item(s), after we have that all ready, you will receive two emails: one confirming your order has been dispatched, and the second including your tracking number.

Delivery times vary according to your delivery address, so make sure to keep your tracking number handy to check the status of your parcel.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:

– Unused;
– Unwashed;
– Free of marks or defaults;
– In same condition that you received it;
– Original packaging with tags attached;
– Receipt/proof of purchase.
– Sent to return address (specified below) within 14 days of original
purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund given a reasonable time allowance.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days varying according to each banking institution.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
– If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CONTACT@ANTTI.COM.AU.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, they can be exchanged within 14 days given they meet with the above mentioned Refund conditions.

 

EXCHANGE/REFUND SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are required to pay for the return postage in the event of change of mind or incorrect sizing exchange. If any items purchased are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at:
